Marketing plays a fundamental role in today’s film industry, and at its core is the creation of trailers. Over time, trailers have evolved into a self-contained form of art. This session will introduce current trends, established methods, and the dramatic and editing foundations of trailer-making as a craft.

About the lecturer:

Peter Pavlík is a film director, editor, and trailer creator for TV Markíza. His works include the documentary Králi videa(Kings of Video) and the mockumentary OUCA – Neskutoční príbech (OUCA – An Unreal Story), which he directed.
