This workshop will serve as an introduction to the production of low-budget independent feature films, focusing on topics such as how to manage a budget efficiently and allocate resources wisely. Timea Huszar will discuss negotiation strategies and the producer’s relationship with the crew. The workshop will focus on tools for both pre-production and production phases.

Timea Huszar is a producer of short, documentary, and fiction films. She began her career in international production services as a personal assistant to producers and has over 10 years of experience in film production and services. In 2015, she graduated from the National Film and Television School (NFTS, UK) with a specialization in production management. Timea has worked as a production assistant on numerous film and television projects, including collaborations with Netflix: Radioactive (2019), The King (2019), 6 Underground (2021), Marcel Iures Presents: The Mysteries of Romania (2023), Halo (2022), Dune: Part One (2021), and many others.
