A cinematic portrait of Czechoslovak trade representative Josef Ládr and his perspective on contemporary Indian society. The film was made during a delay suffered by the Czechoslovak mountaineering expedition to Kangchenjunga in 1981 and was originally screened alongside the feature documentary Kangchenjunga (1981).
The film was digitally restored by the Slovak Film Institute.
