The story of an ordinary family caught up in a difficult life situation is set in present-day Aden in southern Yemen. Isra’a and Ahmed are unemployed and their income solely comes from a token state support which barely feeds them. Ahmed, a casual taxi driver, earns a living but at the same time refuses to work in the private media, as most of them are politicised and serve the personal goals of their owners which goes against his principles. The couple puts all their efforts into providing a normal life and education for their three young children. When they find out Isra’s is pregnant again, they have to follow only the necessary interests of the family and make a tough and unconventional decision for the Muslim community.
